Minimal effort, maximum reliability: stress-free maintenance with Tocadero ONE

Maintenance and service are predictable and minimal with the TOC instrument: there are no moving parts except for a peristaltic pump with an annual replacement interval. The TOC instrument uses predictive maintenance, a modern concept of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). This approach optimizes industrial processes and reduces costs by transitioning from plan-based “preventive” to “predictive” maintenance. The integrated self-monitoring system records the current device status and accurately assesses maintenance requirements. Early warnings reduce unplanned downtime to a minimum. Self-maintenance is also possible, saving time and money.
