Why SITRANS FMT020?
The new SITRANS FMT020 transmitter is a high performance, robust, intelligent product, designed for a wide range of applications requiring highly accurate and reliable flow measurement of conductive fluids. It uses our electromagnetic flow sensor technology and represents a completely new generation of MAG-transmitters following the MAG 5000 series. Use the SITRANS FMT020 in applications such as water and wastewater or in the general process industry. You can also combine with the following MAG sensors for a complete flowmeter:
- SITRANS FMS500: Water applications
- SITRANS FMS300: All applications, including high pressure and high temperature
The transmitter can work with the energy calculator SITRANS FUE950, which acquires the pulse signal from the flowmeter for energy measurement.

Program easily
The SITRANS FMT020 is equipped with a large, rotatable, backlit 14-digit graphical display for optimal visibility in all mounting positions. Easily program and commission with a menu and wizard in 14 languages.
Simplify installation
Plug & Play modules allow you to easily replace and commission the transmitter onsite. Compact or remote mounting is possible with the same housing. Multi-functional input/output channels also allow for greater process control.
